The carrier is understood to be the intermediary shipping units that cooperate with Paragon to transport goods to customers such as: Viettel post, DHL, GHN, GHYK, J&T, Vietnam post, freight forwarders, etc.
1, Obligations of the carrier
– Ensure the full and safe transportation of goods to the designated location, on time.
– Deliver the goods to the authorized recipient.
– Costs related to the transportation of goods are paid according to the agreement.
– Compensate the lessee for damages in case the carrier loses or damages the goods, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
2, Rights of the carrier
– Check the authenticity of the goods, the bill of lading or other equivalent shipping documents.
– Refuse to transport goods that are not in accordance with the type of property agreed in the contract.
– Require the lessee to pay the full shipping fee on time.
– Refuse to transport prohibited goods, goods of a dangerous or toxic nature.
3. Obligations of the seller
– Pay the full shipping fee to the lessee within the agreed time and method.
– Provide necessary information related to the transported goods to ensure the safety of the transported goods.
4. Rights of the seller
– Require the lessee to transport the goods to the correct location and time as agreed.
– Directly or designate a third party to receive the goods that have been hired for transportation.
5. Responsibility for compensation for damages
– The lessee must compensate the lessee for damages if the goods are lost or damaged.
– The lessee must compensate the carrier and third parties for damages caused by dangerous or toxic goods without packaging or safety measures during transportation.
– In case of force majeure leading to loss, damage or destruction of goods during transportation, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
SPECIAL: In case of delay in delivery
In case of delay in delivery due to many objective or subjective reasons, WECAY Company will promptly notify the customer and will create conditions for the customer to cancel the order whenever the customer wants.
