Return policy
Wecay Company specializes in providing products: cinnamon incense, cinnamon buds, cinnamon bark, cinnamon sets, cinnamon handicrafts,... With many different product lines, WECAY Company is proud to be a unit that provides a variety of products to serve everyone's needs.
WECAY accepts product returns for the following reasons:
The product is not the correct quantity, name, or type that the customer wants to order.
The product is cracked, deformed, or moldy.
The product information is incorrect.
The product is near expiration or has expired.
 
Requirements for product returns:
The product must be purchased from WECAY Company (with Invoice, Receipt, message, conversation with consultant...)
Not scratched, dirty, or showing signs of use.
The product must have complete accessories (box, stamp, lid...) and accompanying gifts if any.
 
Time for exchange:
Customers have the right to exchange after 7 days from the date of purchase.
 
The date of purchase is the date: Delivery for provincial customers via shipping unit or the date the customer comes to buy the product at WECAY Company Limited's Factory.
 
Cost for exchange:
If the fault is WECAY (sending the wrong model, size, quantity, broken bottle during transportation, deformed...) We will bear 100% of the cost for the exchange.
When we receive the returned product, we will immediately text or call you. Then immediately send you the new product or other products that you want to exchange.
