Delivery policy

The goods will be delivered to you after 2-7 working days (3-4 days in the city; 5-7 days in the district/commune), applicable to receive delivery in areas/addresses according to the limits of the service providers

 

SPECIAL NOTES for customers living far away:

- You can unpack the goods to check the full quantity + intact packaging in front of the postman, call the shop immediately in case of missing goods or dented goods that are no longer intact.

- The shop will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE if you do not check the goods in front of the postman.

- In case the goods are not intact, missing goods or goods that do not meet the standards, we will take back the goods and bear all costs, the customer does not have to pay any costs.

- According to the regulations of the shipping units, the weight used to calculate the fee is the highest weight when comparing the weight and the converted weight of the package after packaging.

For example: The product Incense Tube has a weight after packaging of 0.5kg, but the packaging size is CR x CD x CC (cm) is 30 x 50 x 10 (cm)

Our obligation is to send and deliver the correct product that the customer ordered, with the correct quality, image, and product description. The goods must be intact, not dented, and in the correct quantity.

The customer's obligation is to carefully check the goods when the postman delivers the goods and pay the postman or transfer money to the shop.
