1. Production process: Cinnamon leaf powder
- Cinnamon orchards of 6 - 10 years or more will be peeled, harvested cinnamon, cinnamon leaf and whole cinnamon
- Fresh leaves after harvesting are allowed to be sun dried for 3 to 5 days in a row to ensure dry leaves can be preserved for a long time.
- Dried cinnamon is grinded with fine powder with characteristic aroma
